Pre-Event Questionnaire

The questionnaire takes a deeper dive into your goals and/or business challenges and asks for representative contact details. One of the most valuable services Mike performs is talking with people you select to provide valuable insight regarding your organization. By speaking with different team members, Mike gains a well-rounded perspective and delivers content that shows a true understanding of internal and external issues being faced by the audience.

Pre-Event Materials

Mike provides a custom verbal intro and a handout PDF master for client duplication. Upon request (and with advance notice), Mike’s PowerPoint slide deck can be formatted using your event template.

On Site

Mike arrives on site the night before the event. He requests a Laviler microphone be provided. Whenever possible, Mike attends event activities prior to his scheduled speaking time.

Post-Event Wrap-Up

Any remaining financial obligations are processed, and loose ends are tied up. Mike always asks for feedback during the wrap-up phase.

His original material draws from his international education, early blue-collar jobs, executive positions with Cargill Incorporated and Olympus Corporation, and years of interacting with his audiences. These well-rounded experiences produce high-energy messages that captivate his listeners and provide Mike with an uncanny ability to plug into individual situations while relating with understanding and humor. This talent earns him comments like, “I get the feeling he works in my department!”

Mike’s client portfolio includes some of the country’s most successful organizations – Marriott, General Mills, Disney, Harley-Davidson, ExxonMobil and a variety of national associations. He has also worked with numerous state and federal agencies, including the U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and even the Internal Revenue Service.

He started his career as a territory manager at Cargill Incorporated and was quickly promoted after his sales generated enough business to build a new manufacturing facility. As National Sales Manager with Olympus Corporation, he hired and trained a national sales force. He ended his corporate career as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for PAT Equipment Corporation.

He has co-authored two books, including, “Riding the Waves Without Getting Wet: A Journey to Leadership.”
